Responsible for receiving, sorting, logging, storing, and palletizing material, tools, equipment and products while maintaining a clean, neat, safe and orderly work area. Relies on instructions and pre established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming equipment in a timely manner.
• Stack equipment properly to allow for both pallet content verification and prevent damage to the load.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Lift, move, sort and/or place materials or items on racks, shelves, in bins or on pallets.
• Ensure complete accuracy of inventory at all times.
• Inspect equipment to maintain good working order.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment including wearing safety equipment (steel toed shoes, etc.) as required.
• Participate in cycle counting program as needed.
• Will be required to help maintain facility sanitation standards.
• Follows all safety rules.
• May report stock damage.
• May perform related clerical duties, such as maintaining records and properly complete paperwork.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Must also have the ability to manually move and lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Work in other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferably a minimum of at least 6 months' experience in Warehouse Operations.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a field
