Warehouse Order Builder

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Warehouse Order Builder to support our fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, build, and stage customer orders for delivery, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards. You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts, verify product codes and quantities, and help load trucks to meet tight schedules. Working on-site in a team-focused environment, you'll contribute directly to serving local communities while gaining hands-on experience and growth opportunities in a leading Coca-Cola bottler.

Responsibilities

• Pick and build accurate customer orders using pick lists or RF devices
• Stack, wrap, and stage pallets to meet load quality and safety standards
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move product within the warehouse
• Verify product codes, quantities, and dates to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas following safety protocols
• Assist with loading trucks to support on-time deliveries
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, and safety concerns promptly
• Follow standard operating procedures and performance targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet shift goals
• Support continuous improvement and participate in safety meetings
