General Laborer

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a General Laborer for our manufacturing warehouse team. In this role, you will load, unload, move, and stage Coca-Cola products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks or forklifts. You will build and wrap pallets, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory and product rotation. You'll follow strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards while working closely with teammates to meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move Coca-Cola products within the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets accurately according to orders and delivery schedules.
• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in production and warehouse areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, product rotation, and proper stock organization.
• Inspect products and materials for damage, leaks, or quality issues and report concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including docks and storage zones.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and handheld device instructions.
• Work as part of a warehouse team to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Follow company policies and uphold Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages values of safety, integrity, and teamwork.
