Overview
- $16.00 to $18.00 hourly
- 1st Shift
- Weekends Off

- Enter vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment information into accounting systems
- Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
- Record customer payments and maintain accounts receivable records
- Verify accuracy of invoices, billing information, and supporting documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
- Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or data entry
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books, Sage, SAP, or similar systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
