Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay: $23-26/HR

• Review job tickets for accuracy before converting them into field tickets and generating customer invoices
• Create and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage accounts receivable activities and assist with collections as needed
• Support accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and payment documentation (based on workload)
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Code expenses accurately to the general ledger
• Assist with purchase orders, expense reporting, and budget tracking
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Prepare reports and maintain organized accounting records
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing and payment questions
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and billing processes

• 2+ years of billing, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is a plus
