Job Summary:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer service and administrative operations. You will be responsible for a variety of clerical and office tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and addressing customer concerns
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position. The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled office setting. Some occasional light physical work, such as lifting and moving supplies, may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $17 per hour
