An established and stable company is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable / Administrative Clerk to support our service department. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, be comfortable working with spreadsheets and company software, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with billing to upload invoices into customer platforms
- Monitor and analyze past‑due accounts
- Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer disputes
- Maintain accurate A/R reports and records
