Missions In Brief

At the heart of the world's largest ski area, the 3 Valleys, Méribel enjoys a privileged setting focused on skiing, sports, events, nature, and the environment. The Strategy and Territory Directorate manages diverse themes in the following areas: ski area management, ecological and social transition, sports, tourism, culture, and agriculture.
It oversees the Olympic Park of Méribel, a large multifunctional complex in Méribel Centre, and the new cultural hub (museum and library) in Les Allues. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Territory, you will actively contribute to implementing all these themes.
Ensure the secretariat of the Direction in its various areas of expertise Manage correspondence (reception, distribution, paper and computer archiving, writing…) Manage the telephone switchboard Regulatory postings, information dissemination, filing, and archiving Draft simple regulatory acts Organize meetings (reservation of rooms, convocation, dissemination…) Public procurement: request quotes and preparation of market pieces, follow-up on market invoices, preparation of payment certificates… Be a driving force for the proper functioning of the direction and administrative instructions Monitor regulations and technical publications related to the direction's areas of expertise Monitor financial mechanisms available in the various areas of the Direction Ensure the instruction of routine Direction files: tripartite agreements, school pass purchases, public domain occupation conventions, and preparation of recoveries Participate in various statistical treatments (citizen consultation returns, annual reports…), and prepare funding request dossiers and prepare subsidy disbursement request dossiers Participate in the logistical organization of events organized by the Direction and/or the City Hall, in collaboration with technical services and the communication direction (citizen participation workshop, public meetings…) Additional Missions Participate, as far as possible, in the writing of articles highlighting the service's action for the municipality's various communication supports Provide support as needed and upon request from the Direction to other directions, in particular the physical and/or telephone reception of the City Hall and/or the Olympic Park
Profile SoughtDynamism and strong intellectual curiosity Availability, punctuality, rigor, ability to adapt Autonomy and organizational skills Ability to manage priorities Appreciation of the challenges of ecological transition and sustainable tourism Your Skills Desired experience in administrative and regulatory fields Basic knowledge of budget management for municipalities Proficiency in computer tools and office software (writing letters, spreadsheets…), preferably Google Workspace, especially manipulation of spreadsheets and graphical representations Ability to conduct bibliographic and regulatory research Writing skills

Article L332-8 provision 2 of the General Public Service Code - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no application from a civil servant has been made. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
