Baker Pools LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Jenks, OK! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

• Coordinate pool maintenance service routes for pool cleaners
• Communicate with customers to address concerns and provide service updates
• Act as the primary liaison between pool cleaners and customers, coordinating communication to deliver excellent service
• Process paperwork and invoice customers each month
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling service calls for our service department

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and work well under pressure
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
