This role assists with scheduling, admissions paperwork, data entry, and file management; coordinates program activities, transportation, and appointments; and communicates with staff, residents, and community partners. The Assistant Program Coordinator helps track goals and services, supports compliance with policies, and ensures a safe, nurturing, and organized environment that reflects our mission of healing, hope, and long-term stability for families in crisis.
