About the Position
We're seeking talented candidates for full‑time Service Writer (also called Customer Service Director or CSD) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America’s fastest‑growing Jiffy Lube franchise.
Responsibilities• Conferring with guests to determine and suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
• Performing all work in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience.
• Contributing to an energetic and fun working environment.
• Maintaining a current and valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
