Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic and dependable individual to join our TEAM as a Service Support Associate. This automotive position plays an important role in keeping our dealership operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of new and used vehicles
- Move and organize vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas
- Assist the service department with vehicle transportation and customer support
- Greet customers on the service drive and direct them to the appropriate area
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety items, and overall presentation
- Install stock tags and buyer guides on vehicles
- Drive vehicles safely on and off dealership property
- Keep work areas, lots, and service lanes clean and organized
- Support automotive sales and service teams with daily operational tasks
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced automotive and dealership environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
