Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic and dependable individual to join our TEAM as a Service Support Associate. This automotive position plays an important role in keeping our dealership operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of new and used vehicles
  • Move and organize vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas
  • Assist the service department with vehicle transportation and customer support
  • Greet customers on the service drive and direct them to the appropriate area
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety items, and overall presentation
  • Install stock tags and buyer guides on vehicles
  • Drive vehicles safely on and off dealership property
  • Keep work areas, lots, and service lanes clean and organized
  • Support automotive sales and service teams with daily operational tasks
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced automotive and dealership environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
