Must be eligible to work in the United States, unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Remote role, must be based in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh or Tampa for occasionally onsite trainings, meetings and other requests from time to time.

• 3+ years of billing experience
• 1+ year in legal billing
• Experience with sending out invoices, e-billing component is submissions
• desire to focus on e-billing side

• Actual legal E-Billing Experience
• Experience with using Elite 3E or similar legal e-billing tools

Our national well known Law Firm client is seeking an E-Billing Coordinator to join their team as a permanent employee. This role is responsible for overseeing the flow of electronically submitted invoices, ensuring their progress and approval through eBilling Hub and various client billing platforms. The individual will support Billing Coordinators by helping troubleshoot submission challenges, including addressing rejected or reduced invoices.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing vendor platforms for newly opened matters and rate confirmations, as well as partnering with the Billing team to maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Elite 3E.
