OverviewDue to growth, we are adding a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal Performance to our team.
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal Performance will manage the strategic growth and management of proposals for Lumicera. This includes managing proposal processes, optimizing performance across RFP responses, and partnering with Sales and cross‑functional teams to enhance win rates and competitive positioning. The Sr. Manager will participate in the analysis and discernment of Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities to help Lumicera optimize resource allocation in response to requests for proposal.
This role will also support the ongoing development and enhancement of manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies, including identifying opportunities to expand access, improve discounting, and strengthen overall value delivery.

ResponsibilitiesHow do I make an impact on my team?
- Participate in the evaluation and prioritization of RFP opportunities; partner with Sales and cross‑functional leaders to shape pursuit strategies that enhance competitive positioning, win probability and alignment with Lumicera growth strategy and broader initiatives.
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, and retention efforts), ensuring high quality, client focused, compliant deliverables that clearly communicate Lumicera’s specialty pharmacy value proposition.
- Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and deliverables facilitating coordination across stakeholders and subject matter experts (clinical, operations, finance, pricing) to ensure timely and efficient submission.
- Monitor and analyze proposal performance metrics (win rates, cycle times, quality outcomes), identifying trends and opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and overall process outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries while establishing and maintaining proposals standards, best practices and quality controls.
- Contribute to strengthening manufacturer relationships and optimizing pricing strategies, including identifying opportunities to enhance discounting and expand client value through informed data‑driven proposal positioning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing proposal team by providing strategic direction, aligning talent and resources, mentoring through feedback and career planning while fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.
- Oversee team operations including staffing structure, recruiting, onboarding, retention and knowledge sharing to build organization capability while supporting project management activities such as planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation efforts to ensure team capability and capacity.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, internal policies, and organizational standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience and expertise in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis required.
- 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high‑performing teams and deliver tangible results in a professional services environment required.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
