• Degree/experience:
  Bachelor’s + 2 years; OR Master’s + 0+; OR Associate’s + 6 years; OR High School + 8 years relevant experience.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated application of process improvement tools.
• Strong people management experience.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/ongoing work activities.

• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Regulatory compliance and quality assurance experience.
• Project management tools/methodologies.
• Influence/lead cross‑functional teams; mentor direct reports.
• Foster safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Microsoft Copilot) and responsible AI/risk‑aware usage.
