What You’ll Do
- Organize and coordinate administrative/accounting duties and plant office procedures.
- Support Plant Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Coordinate with CMC Master Data for new vendor requests or changes.
- Support regulatory or compliance activities with local or state entities.
- Accurately review and approve employee hours through the online Kronos time keeping system.
- Collaborate in a team environment – working with Sales, Purchasing, HR, Accounting, Safety and Maintenance departments on a regular basis.
- Complete additional duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. - Customer service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of a broad range of business processes in a complex company (e.g., Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Procurement, Sales, Security, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, be self‑driven and apply creative problem‑solving skills.
- SAP experience is a plus.
Your Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or a related field preferred.
