Operations Analyst at Ditch Witch
This position is responsible for identifying parts according to the lifecycle management and contributing to the engineering change order process. This employee will support planning functions through inventory analysis, report generation, and review of demand changes and coverage.

What Do You Need?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
- In lieu of degree must have HS diploma or equivalent and for Analyst I 1-3 years or for Analyst II 3-5 plus years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or production planning environments.
- Competent computer skills, including Excel at an expert level and Word.
- ERP systems experience required, SAP experience preferred.
Work Environment:
- Work days starting at 6:00 AM.
- Office environment 90% of the time.
- Regular, continuous use of a computer.
- Working with confidential information.
- Occasional travel.
- Rapidly changing workloads, priorities, multiple commitments, and frequent deadlines.
- Onsite in Perry, OK with flexibility to work remotely on occasion.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $54,900-$80,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
