New Company Formation

In the context of the planned spin-off of the ZEISS Hunting & Nature business unit, a new, independent company is being created. Recruitment is being handled by ZEISS. Employment will take place with the currently being established independent company.

Assistance to project and program managers in the day-to-day operations of strategic transformation and change management projects and support for team/key users in workshops

Creation of meaningful presentations (e.g., for decision templates), reports, and dashboards

Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of workshops (online and offline) as well as the creation of communication materials (newsletters, intranet, FAQs)

Help with the analysis and documentation of business processes to identify optimization potential

Organizational support in the planning and follow-up of project milestones and measures

Current studies in business administration, management, (economic) engineering, computer science, data/business analytics, or a comparable course of study

Secure handling of the common MS Office applications (especially advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel)

Analytical thinking, a quick grasp, and pronounced organizational and communication skills

Self-reliant and structured "hands-on" mentality with high team capability

Very good German and English skills in speech and writing

Desire to support up to 20 hours/week
