Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Warehouse Supervisor for our Oklahoma City Location to join our Bedre Warehouse team.
Responsibilities- Maintains and tracks assigned inventories using physical counts, supplier reports, material usage reports, software tools or any combination thereof
- Oversees job functions, development and job performance, including but not limited to annual evaluations, employee development and performance management
- Conducts assigned inspections of facilities and settings, which may include settings with applicable safety and health requirements
- Forecasts and anticipates inventory demands and notifies appropriate leadership of potential concerns
- Monitors and manages inventory shrinkage metrics (e.g., breakage, yields, product obsolescence) and ensures disposal of product as needed
- Reviews end of month inventory at assigned locations for discrepancies between physical and book inventory using assigned protocols
- Review work orders at warehouse/facility using knowledge of equipment capability and capacity in order to ensure proper asset utilization and provide feedback to the party responsible for completing work orders
- Proposes new ideas to improve offerings, processes and procedures
- Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
- Analyzes processes and creates solutions
- Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Essential:
- Ability to collaborate with and or coordinate efforts of others (e.g. cross-functional teams)
- Ability to understand costs/benefits of distributors and common carriers, third party capabilities, distribution structures to support customer order processes, and product availability
- Able to follow instructions, both written and oral
- Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements
- Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability
- Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
- Knowledge of warehouse/manufacturing layout or design elements (e.g., product flow, storage requirements)
- Knowledge of distributor/distribution policies and procedures
- Knowledge of safety requirements
- Relates problems and translates understandable solutions
- Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
- Writes effective communications with team, departments, guests and management
Essential:
- 1 year directly related experience with supervisory

- High School, GED or Equivalent
- Associate’s Degree in directly related field

- Standard Driver's License
- Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
- Pass gaming background check
- Sitting up to 50% of shift
- Standing up to 100% of shift
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation. It is the responsibility of those who supervise, manage or otherwise lead employees or teams to ensure each employee has access to and receives all required training.
