Advanced experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components. Experience in mentoring or developing managers.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in mission-critical systems operations (e.g., power generation, data center, refinery, chip fabrication, chemical processing, or other high consequence environments). Experience in collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards. Understanding of the operations and maintenance of electrical, control systems, and mechanical systems in a data center environment. Ability to develop and grow team members through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Excellent people management and leadership skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $205000 - $286000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
