BVRG Agency is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support our Partnerships team in the execution and administration of projects for the Nestlé Premium Waters portfolio—including Acqua Panna, S.Pellegrino, Perrier, and Essentia Water. This junior role ensures seamless coordination of initiatives while providing essential support in project management, communications, logistics, and reporting. You’ll play a vital part in helping our team deliver memorable, high-impact partnerships across gastronomy, hospitality, and cultural collaborations.
What You Will Do:
Execution & Logistics:
• Support gastronomy partnerships and events, including chef relations and brand advocate programs.
• Coordinate reservations, travel, logistics for partners and stakeholders
• Manage scheduling, internal communications, and meeting organization for partnership projects.
• Assist with contracts, invoices, and tracking deliverables across initiatives.
Project Coordination:
• Help execute partnerships in Fashion, Design, Sports & Fitness, film/TV integration, cultural collaborations, and brand campaigns.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, flagging risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, experiential, legal, creative, finance, PR) to align on execution.
• Need to be able to read and understand partnership contracts, extract relevant information, and make recommendations.
Partner Support:
• Act as a point of contact for partners on day-to-day needs such as confirmations, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Assist with contracts, invoices, and tracking deliverables across initiatives.
Reporting & Tracking:
• Maintain dashboards and reports on partnership status, budgets, and KPIs.
• Track expenses, invoices, and budgets in collaboration with finance.
• Document recaps and learnings from projects and events.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, events, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel domestically 6-8 times a year.
