• Support in the development of communication and change strategies and plans in a global IT transformation project
• Creation and editing of content for different communication channels as well as material for training and workshops
• Conducting research and analyses to collect relevant information for communication and change
• Supporting the project management office and coordinating global meetings and workshops
• Supporting the implementation of change initiatives, collecting feedback, and monitoring progress

We are looking for you starting from 01.09.2026 or the winter semester 2026/27:

• Current studies in business administration, economics, management, communication or comparable and preferably six months to support
• First insights into project and change management, instructional design, and theories of adult education are desirable
• Analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as task management, prioritization, and adherence to deadlines
• Ability to create engaging and clear communication materials for different target groups
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
