Construction Control Representative
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the PositionThis is a Construction Control Representative GS-0809-12 position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tulsa District, Hydropower Resident Office. Duty Location is Cowlington, OK at the R.S. Kerr Hydroelectric Power Plant.

Specialized
Experience:
- 1) Assisting in the administration of construction contracts by reviewing payment estimates, and contractor work quality and performance
- 2) assisting with evaluation of requests for contract modifications
- 3) Monitoring contractor compliance with safety plans and guidance
