Construction Safety Manager

Position Location: Duke, Oklahoma (Travel Allowance available)

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead site safety on an industrial construction project in Duke, OK
. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience, deep OSHA knowledge, and a proven record of building a proactive safety culture.

• Implement and oversee the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP)
• Conduct daily safety audits, JSAs, and toolbox talks
• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• Lead incident reporting and safety training
• Serve as the on-site competent person for safety

• 5+ years of construction safety experience (industrial preferred)
• OSHA 30-hour Construction required
• 510,CHST, CSM, or CSP certification a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
