I'm currently recruiting for an experienced freelance Construction Manager to work on a high‑profile £45m commercial fit‑out in Central London. It is an 11‑floor CAT A and B fit‑out and we need a Construction Manager to deliver 3‑4 floors from shell to handover. The contract will run until January 2027. You will report to a Project Manager based on site and your main responsibilities will be to run the fit‑out safely and on time.
Responsibilities- Lead & manage day‑to‑day site operations
- Drive the programme and sub‑contractor coordination
- Ensure delivery of high‑end finishes to a standard
- Maintain strict H&S compliance and quality standards
- Strong background working with reputable main contractors or fit‑out specialists
- Strong leadership presence and ability to drive site performance
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Immediate start
- Option to be taken on a permanent contract
