Direct daily field operations and workforce activities. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and utility representatives. Lead daily safety and coordination meetings. Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays. Ensure compliance with utility, owner, and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of utility, substation, or heavy electrical construction supervision experience. Experience coordinating outage work in energized environments. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. OSHA 30 preferred. Bilingual required - Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Success Metrics:
Zero recordable safety incidents. Completion of outage work within approved outage windows. Successful commissioning and energization. On-time project completion. Positive owner and stakeholder feedback.
