Project Leadership
- Direct daily field operations and workforce activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and utility representatives.
- Lead daily safety and coordination meetings.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with utility, owner, and OSHA requirements.
- 5+ years of utility, substation, or heavy electrical construction supervision experience.
- Experience coordinating outage work in energized environments.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Bilingual required - Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Zero recordable safety incidents.
- Completion of outage work within approved outage windows.
- Successful commissioning and energization.
- On-time project completion.
- Positive owner and stakeholder feedback.
