Wicklow. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to project completion.
  • Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring project progress and driving programme delivery.
  • Maintaining exceptional quality control throughout all phases of construction.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives.
  • Managing site logistics, resolving technical issues, and ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain a collaborative site environment.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential developments with a main contractor or developer.
  • A strong track record managing housing schemes from commencement through to handover.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A thorough understanding of Irish building regulations, construction methodologies, and health & safety legislation.
  • The ability to drive quality while maintaining programme and budget objectives.
  • A relevant construction qualification, together with valid Safe Pass and other required site certifications.
