Graphic Designer

Pay: $21–$25 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Design signage, large-format graphics, and production-ready artwork.
• Prepare files for print, routing, vinyl cutting, and installation.
• Operate large-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters.
• Ensure finished designs meet FASTSIGNS quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to execute projects.

• 1+ year experience in signage, print production, or large-format graphics.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• AI design skills & knowledge.
• Ability to prepare production-ready files for print and cutting.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced shop.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Experience with sign production equipment is a major plus.
