Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Guest Service (Call Center) Agent to enhance the guest experience. You will be the welcoming voice for our guests, assisting with hotel and restaurant reservations, concert ticket sales, and general inquiries.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism. A high school diploma or GED is required, and familiarity with hotel and casino operations is preferred.
