Position Type:
Part Time – Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm)

First point of customer contact for general inquiries such as pricing, products, scheduling, etc. Receives information, interviews, and admits patients for testing, hospitalization, and procedures. Responsible for collection of patient information and signatures needed to treat. Builds and maintains a business relationship with patients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries.

• Ability to project a professional image.
• Must comprehend and comply with company rules and policies.
• 1-2 years of hospital registration/admission experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills with ability to adjust accordingly for a variety of audiences.
• Persons who have been found guilty by a court of law of abusing, neglecting, or mistreating individuals in a health care related setting are ineligible for employment in this position.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Obtain and maintain BLS within 90 days of employment.
