The position of Member Service Representative will open to applicants beginning on June 26 and will remain open until July 10, 2026.
ResponsibilitiesThe Member Services Representative serves as the primary contact for members and the general public, assisting with services, general inquiries, finding effective solutions to problems, arranging payment plans, processing connects, disconnects, reconnections, and maintaining accounts. The role also maintains organized records and provides courteous assistance to Members while ensuring compliance with Cooperative policies. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and in-person presence at TCEC headquarters are essential.
QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Fluent English is required. Spanish language skills are helpful but not required for this position.
