As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests with a smile and ensure their experience starts with a positive impression of our spa. - Managing the Flow of Communication

From answering calls to greeting visitors and responding to inquiries, you’ll keep everything running smoothly by providing guests with the information they need. - Scheduling with Precision

You’ll manage appointments and ensure a seamless spa schedule to maximize efficiency, while handling last‑minute changes with grace and confidence. - Supporting a World‑Class Experience

You’ll actively recommend spa treatments and retail products to guests, helping them make informed decisions while enhancing their spa experience. - Ensuring Guest Satisfaction

From assisting with special requests to resolving any issues that arise, you’ll go above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves happy. - Keeping the Spa Immaculate

Maintaining a pristine spa environment is key. You’ll ensure cleanliness and orderliness, keeping all areas well‑stocked and beautiful. - Team Collaboration

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential as we operate 7 days a week, ensuring guests receive exceptional service whenever they visit.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Experience
:
Ideally, you have experience in retail, hospitality, or the spa industry, but we’ll train the right person who is eager to learn! - Tech‑Savvy
:
Familiarity with spa or salon software and Microsoft Office is preferred, but general computer knowledge will help you succeed in this role. - Physical Demands
:
You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle physical tasks such as bending and reaching. - A Professional Appearance
