You’ll Be Doing:
  • Creating Exceptional First Impressions

    As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests with a smile and ensure their experience starts with a positive impression of our spa.
  • Managing the Flow of Communication

    From answering calls to greeting visitors and responding to inquiries, you’ll keep everything running smoothly by providing guests with the information they need.
  • Scheduling with Precision

    You’ll manage appointments and ensure a seamless spa schedule to maximize efficiency, while handling last‑minute changes with grace and confidence.
  • Supporting a World‑Class Experience

    You’ll actively recommend spa treatments and retail products to guests, helping them make informed decisions while enhancing their spa experience.
  • Ensuring Guest Satisfaction
    :
    From assisting with special requests to resolving any issues that arise, you’ll go above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves happy.
  • Keeping the Spa Immaculate

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous Experience
    :
    Ideally, you have experience in retail, hospitality, or the spa industry, but we’ll train the right person who is eager to learn!
  • Tech‑Savvy
    :
    Familiarity with spa or salon software and Microsoft Office is preferred, but general computer knowledge will help you succeed in this role.
  • Physical Demands
    :
    You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
  • A Professional Appearance
    :
