Customer Service Representative / Teller

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Teller to join our banking team. • Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs in a professional manner
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies
• Identify customer needs and promote appropriate banking solutions
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily reports
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously
• Support branch operations

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Basic computer skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
