Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Guest Service (Call Center) Agent to be the welcoming voice and helpful hand for our valued guests. You’ll manage incoming calls, assist with hotel and restaurant reservations, concert ticket sales, and general inquiries about our properties and promotions.
You'll accurately fulfill requests, maintain precise records, promote the One Star Rewards program, and help guests navigate our website and phone app with a positive, professional attitude.
