Benevis is a dental organization dedicated to providing affordable care to underserved families. We are seeking an Associate Dentist to serve patients of all ages in a collaborative and compassionate environment.

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Use Denta Pro software for patient records and treatment planning.
• Perform procedures using digital X‑ray and panoramic units along with fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Maintain an average daily patient flow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
• Participate in daily team huddles and promote teamwork and patient focus.
• Complete annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (or eligibility for licensure).
• CPR certification.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassionate and strong desire to provide care to both children and adults.
• Reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues (e.g., ADA, AAPD).

• Guaranteed base pay exceeding $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
