Space Design Analyst
Location:
Oklahoma City, OK
Serves as a space management and interior design/Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) specialist providing program support and activities related to interior construction and fit-out.
Applies knowledge of space planning, interior design/specifications, and FFE to assess client requirements and develop designs while providing first rate customer service and professionalism in a highly visible customer-orientated environment.
Provides maintenance, direction, and oversight to personnel engaged in space management and move program operations.
Provides expert technical advice, guidance, and assistance to customers, colleagues, and leadership on matters dealing with space utilization and integration of interior finishes and furnishings.
Adheres to and complies with all federal and agency space/property management standards and furniture use guidelines.
Participates in negotiations with top-level officials with respect to space management policies and challenges.
Collaborates with real estate and other subject matter experts to develop and evaluate interior design and FFE alternatives; and formulates recommendations to stakeholders of the same.
Job Qualifications:
Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree
Experience Requirements Must have at least two years of specialized experience equivalent planning and implementing projects associated with space management, office planning, and interior design (FFE) for an organization or agency; reviewing and reconciling space management program policies, standards, and expenses; and responding to inquiries from internal and external customers on matters involving space program management policies and procedures.
