Captain – BIM​/VDC Coordination

DAAB Contech is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Job Captain – BIM/VDC Coordination to join our growing team.

In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for coordinating BIM/VDC production workflows, supporting project execution, and driving high-quality coordination across multidisciplinary construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, VDC teams, and production staff to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and with excellence.

• Oversee production workflows and execution quality
• Manage clash detection and issue tracking processes
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
• Coordinate production teams and technical activities
• Mentor VDC Engineers and Specialists
• Identify and proactively address technical project risks
• Ensure consistency across project coordination and deliverables
• Support QA/QC processes and maintain company standards
• Drive coordination efficiency and help reduce project rework

• Experience in BIM/VDC coordination and project execution
• Strong understanding of clash detection and coordination workflows
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination efforts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM/VDC platforms preferred
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
