Industrial Architect
Location:
US (preference for US nationals or those with valid work authorization in the US)
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in the US. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processes, building materials, and construction methods, as well as excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Evaluate site locations for suitability and conduct feasibility studies
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety standards and comply with building codes
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress of construction projects, make necessary adjustments to plans if needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with clients and other professionals
- Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
