Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and planning process for various architectural projects in the United States. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of architectural principles, as well as a creative approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work independently without accommodation.

• Lead the design and planning phases of architectural projects, including conceptualization, site analysis, programming, and schematic design
• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with project goals
• Conduct thorough research on building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other relevant factors to inform design decisions
• Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a collaborative working environment
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential projects in the US market
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to completion within budget and timeline constraints
• Ability to travel for site visits as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
