Preservation Architect

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable)
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, local officials, and construction teams to ensure that restoration projects adhere to historical preservation guidelines and best practices.
Your duties will include conducting site assessments, creating preservation plans, overseeing construction projects, and managing budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in preservation work.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations are required.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the potential for growth within our firm.
