Senior Architectural Manager

We are a rapidly growing architecture firm based in the United States, and we are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Architectural Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept design to construction completion.

• Lead and supervise a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop innovative design solutions
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation for accuracy and compliance with building codes
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
• Ensure quality control throughout the design process to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continually improve our design processes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and management roles
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-assisted design software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

Our company offers a competitive salary package of $1700 per month for this full-time position. We also provide visa sponsorship for foreign applicants if needed.
