Senior Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in the US. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month and is open to students without prior experience.

• - Lead the design and development of architectural projects including new constructions renovations and additions
• - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project goals
• - Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using computer-aided design CAD software
• - Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
• - Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with designs
• - Oversee a team of architects designers and engineers to ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables

• - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• - Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and construction standards
• - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients team members and stakeholders
• - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• - Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• - Licensed architect in the US
• - Experience working on commercial or residential projects
• - Knowledge of sustainable design principles
