Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of industrial structures and facilities This includes creating detailed drawings and models researching building materials and techniques and collaborating with senior architects to develop project plans You will also assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities This position requires strong attention to detail technical proficiency and a passion for sustainable design

• Assist senior architects in designing industrial structures and facilities
• Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Research building materials and techniques to ensure cost-effective and environmentally-friendly solutions
• Collaborate with team members to develop project plans that meet client requirements
• Attend client meetings to present designs and gather feedback
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends regulations and best practices for industrial architecture

• Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in industrial architecture is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in computer-aided design CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings models
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
