Level 1 Physician – Primary Care (Contract)
Location: OK, 74346
Contract Duration: 17 weeks (July 6, 2026 – November 1, 2026)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in outpatient setting
- Diagnose, treat, and coordinate ongoing patient care
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Board-certified (preferred) or board-eligible Physician
- Minimum 1 year Primary Care experience required
- Active OK medical license required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Must be comfortable treating patients across lifespan
