Location: Carnegie
Primary Care physician needed for outpatient coverage in Carnegie, Oklahoma
- Indian Health Services, working at the Carnegie Indian Health Center (1.5 hours west of Oklahoma City)
- ASAP – June 30, 2024, with the potential to extend full year
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6 weeks
- Average 15 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Treating all ages
- Full support staff available to assist
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Travel and lodging can be provided
