Primary Care Physician (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or hospital rounds)
Setting: 100% Outpatient (Geriatrics-focused position)

1 opening in Tulsa, OK & 1 opening in Norman, OK

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician todeliver high-quality, value-based care to an established panel of predominantly geriatric patients. This role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building meaningful, long-term patient relationships in asupportive outpatient environment.

You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model designed to improve patient outcomes, enhance access to care, and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. Our approach prioritizes personalized care plans,proactive health management, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with a focus on early intervention.
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans for a predominantly geriatric population.
  • Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure seamless,patient-centered care.
  • Utilize electronic health records(EHR) to document clinical encounters and track patient outcomes.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture focused on continuous care enhancement.
  • Educate patients and families ondisease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
  • Active, OK license
  • Current DEA registration
  • At least 3 years of experience in Outpatient Primary Care
  • Strong clinical judgment with afocus on preventive and longitudinal care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to a team-based,patient-first care model
