The Wyandotte Nation is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Physician to join the Bearskin Healthcare and Wellness Center team in Wyandotte, Oklahoma
.

This is an opportunity to practice medicine in a setting where your work has a direct and lasting impact

• $40,000 Sign-On Bonus — paid in $10,000 installments every six months
• Outpatient care only

The Physician will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering medical functions at Bearskin Healthcare and Wellness Center while providing comprehensive outpatient medical care.

The ideal candidate is a physician who is clinically strong, compassionate, dependable, and committed to serving patients in a community-focused healthcare environment.

You will have the opportunity to practice medicine without the demands of hospital rounds, overnight shifts, or an on-call schedule—allowing you to focus on your patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• 2–5 years of clinical and laboratory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and respectful care
