Position Responsibilities
Implement and maintain a Comprehensive School Counseling Program aligned with Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) guidelines
Provide individual and group counseling services to students
Support academic planning, career exploration, and postsecondary readiness
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community partners
Participate in MTSS, student intervention planning, and data-driven decision making
Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with state and district requirements
Required Qualifications Oklahoma School Counselor Certification (Standard, Alternative, or ability to obtain)
Master's degree in School Counseling or related field preferred
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
