The Middle School Principal provides visionary leadership and operational management for a 7th-8th grade campus, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of instruction, student services, staff supervision, and school improvement to prepare students for postsecondary success.
Required Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field
* Valid Oklahoma Administrator/Principal Certification
* Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
* Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior administrative or leadership experience in a school setting
* Knowledge of RTI and MTSS
* Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and technology integration
